Caring for your ring
A little care goes a long way. Here's how to look after the materials in this ring so it keeps looking its best.
Titanium
- Titanium is light and strong but softer than tungsten, so fine surface scratches will build up with everyday wear. That's normal and gives the ring a lived-in finish.
- Take it off for heavy lifting, the gym or hands-on work to avoid dents and deeper marks.
- Keep it away from harsh chemicals and abrasive cleaners.
Cleaning & everyday care
Cleaning: use warm water with a drop of mild washing-up liquid and a soft cloth, with a soft toothbrush for grooves and edges. Rinse, then dry thoroughly.
- Swap to the silicone ring included with your order for the gym, sport and hands-on work.
- Store your ring in its box, away from other jewellery, so nothing rubs or scratches it.
- Put on hand cream, sunscreen and perfume before your ring, and let them dry first.
